Meet Odilia
Hello and welcome, I have been supporting clients on their wellbeing journeys for over 20 years through coaching, group facilitation or psychotherapy.
My approach is person-centred and humanistic, meaning that sessions with me allow your needs and freedom of choice to be central to the process.
More about working with me
My training includes somatic and creative perspectives which can be used alongside conversation when and where desired.
My aim is to create safe spaces for clients to connect with their emotional and physical wellbeing, to help them to move forward in a way that works for them.
I do this through individual or group therapy sessions, as well as face-to-face or online workshops, and coaching.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like to know more. I look forward to hearing from you.
